Payment: we work on prepayment.
1) After the conclusion of the contract, you make a 70% prepayment to the bank account
2) After acceptance at home at work personally or by means of photo-video fixation 20%
3) The remaining 10% is paid after delivery and completion of construction
The client controls the production at home, in the workshop or remotely, using photo-video fixation. After the installation of the house on the site, the client signs the final acceptance certificate and from that day on, warranty obligations apply to the house.
Production time at the factory: 30 working days
The term of power installation on the site: 2-3 days
The deadline for the final delivery of the house: 5-7 days after the end of the power installation
